I strive to help you understand your self and your relationships on a deeper level and to help identify unconscious thoughts and feelings which influence your daily life.
Medications and supplements can also be very helpful. I have extensive experience in psychopharmacology. We will review all the options thoroughly, discuss the risks and benefits, explore alternative therapies and arrive at a plan that feels right for you.
Lifestyle factors are also important and I integrate a consideration of those as well, including diet, exercise, time in nature, activities which bring joy, close relationships and community.
